Refund Policy
1. Introduction
This Refund Policy applies to services provided by Allied Plus Co.
2. Change of Mind
As Allied Plus Co provides professional services, refunds are not provided for change of mind once a service has been booked or commenced.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made with at least 48 business hours’ notice (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Cancellations made with less than the required notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, may incur a fee in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, where applicable.
4. Services Commenced
Once a service has commenced (including assessments, consultations, or report preparation), refunds will not be issued for work already completed.
5. Reports and Documentation
Due to the time and professional input required, fees for reports and written documentation are non-refundable once work has commenced.
6. NDIS Funding
Where services are claimed through NDIS funding (self-managed or plan-managed), refunds will not be provided for services delivered in accordance with this policy.
If adequate funding is not available, the Participant remains responsible for payment out of pocket.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Allied Plus Co.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a refund or remedy where services are not provided with due care and skill.
