We offer a range of assessments and reports, including NDIS access supporting evidence, review reports, sensory processing assessments, school-based recommendations, assistive technology reports, supporting letters, and Functional Capacity Assessments.

Yes. If your NDIS plan is self-managed or plan-managed, you can use your funding for our services. Our assessments are aligned with NDIS guidelines and pricing. Depending on your situation, other funding sources may also be applicable.

All assessments are completed by highly experienced, registered occupational therapists.

Assessments are conducted via secure video or phone consultations, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your home. Telehealth reduces the need for travel and enables us to understand your day-to-day functioning within your natural environment.

Yes. Your report can be used as supporting evidence for an NDIS Access Request. It is prepared in line with NDIS requirements and includes detailed, evidence-based information about your functional capacity and support needs. While eligibility decisions are made by the NDIS, a well-prepared report can strengthen your application.

Yes. We understand that some situations require shorter timeframes. Fast-tracked reports can be available, with turnaround times as quick as a few days following your assessment.

After booking, you’ll receive some information to complete ahead of your session. This helps us tailor the assessment to your needs. You’re welcome to have a family member or support person assist you if needed.

We will guide you on what to prepare, which may include your medical history, current supports, and any previous reports. This ensures your assessment is thorough and accurately reflects your situation.
